What makes a Clockery clock different?
Every Clockery has two faces. Mounted out from the wall on its flag bracket, the 00:00 can be read from both sides of a room: from the hallway, the kitchen, or wherever you are coming from.
Is the 00:00 a good gift?
Yes, it is a gift people have not seen before: practical, personal and made for them. [Add if true: we can include a handwritten note — leave your message in the order notes at checkout.]
Does it tick?
No. Both faces run on a silent sweep movement, so the 00:00 suits bedrooms, studios and quiet workspaces too.
Are the two sides independent?
Yes. Each side has its own movement and its own battery. You set each face separately, which takes a few seconds.
What size is it?
30 × 13.5 × 7.5 cm (length × height × depth).
What is it made of?
The body is 3D printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic, with a matte finish. Every clock is assembled by hand in our studio in The Hague.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We photograph every colour in natural light to keep it as true as possible. Screens differ, so a colour may look slightly lighter or darker in person. If you are unsure between two colours, email us and we will send you an extra photo.
Can I use it outdoors or in a bathroom?
The 00:00 is made for indoor use. Avoid bathrooms, direct heat and strong, constant sunlight, as these can affect the movement and the material.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and cleaning products.

Batteries and installation
What batteries does it need?
Two AA batteries, one for each side. Batteries are not included.
What is in the box?
The clock and its wall bracket. Wall screws and plugs are not included, as the right ones depend on your wall.
How do I hang it?
Fix the bracket to the wall with two screws, slide the clock into place, and set each face. It only takes a few minutes.
Does it have to go on the wall?
No. The 00:00 also stands on its own on a shelf, sideboard or desk.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all countries in the European Union. We also ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway; import duties and taxes may apply there and are paid by the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other countries, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–3 working days. After that, delivery usually takes:
- Netherlands: 1–2 working days
- Belgium and Germany: 2–4 working days
- Rest of Europe: [3–7] working days
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your clock leaves our studio.

Returns, exchanges and warranty
Can I return my clock?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive it to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Email support@clockery.nl to start your return. You can find all details in our Return policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the price of the clock within 14 days of receiving your request.
Can I exchange it for another colour?
Yes. Email us before returning your clock and we will help you arrange an exchange.
My clock arrived damaged or does not work. What now?
We are sorry. Email support@clockery.nl with your order number and a photo, ideally within 14 days of delivery. We will repair or replace it, or refund you, at no cost to you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Your clock is covered by the legal warranty in the EU. If something goes wrong with it, contact us and we will find a solution.
